It has three-dimension deep layer filtering material, 100% pure fiber forming a stereo, highly fluffy three-dimension depth, and mean drous filtering layer by adopting the needling method. Its characteristic is fluffy fibrous tissue, and the high spacing rate increases the capacity of impurity.

This fiber is of compound cutoff mode, effective removing solid or soft particles, namely, the larger impure particles are caught on the fiber surface, and minor ones are held in the deep layer of filtering material, to efficiently avoid breaking under increasing pressure during using, so it enjoys a very high filtering rate. The high-temperature surface heat treatment, or the instant application of agglomeration technology inferior-polishing treatment, not only guarantees no filtrate pollution caused by fiber separation, but also prevents life-span of filtering bag from being shortened due to over jammed filter aperture caused by traditional rolling pressing treatment, and light differential pressure does not affect the flow rate. The felt material, made from polypropylene and polyester, is disposable( one shot),with filtering precision grade of 1-200 um.
